Crazy Shirts is a Hawaii-based apparel company known for its original T-shirt designs inspired by island life, surf culture. With roots dating back to 1964, the brand has grown into an internationally recognized name, blending vibrant art with specialty-dyed garments and a laid-back coastal vibe.
While working in-house on the Crazy Shirts design team, I created over 20 original T-shirt graphics that were produced and sold across their retail and online stores. Many of my designs were part of officially licensed collections, including Volkswagen, Grateful Dead, Bob Marley, and Jeep®. I developed custom illustrations that blended licensed elements with tropical and sometimes specifically requested visuals, tailored to Crazy Shirts’ unique style. Each piece was designed to work seamlessly with their specialty-dyed garments and meet both brand and licensing standards.
